META TAGS : Meta tags are snippets of text that describe the web pages content and are located in the head tag of the web page.
META DESCRIPTION TAG : This is an important tag. Google does consider the description tag as a ranking factor, it is important to have a well designed description tag in your key web pages.
META DESCRIPTION TAG : Description tag is important for two reasons:
- Google picks up the description tag and displays it on the search results.
- You can design a good description tag (marketing message) that generates interest in the user to visit your website.
